West Newbury Board of Assessors reorganizes, elects new officers on May 12. Scott Goldthwaite was elected Chairman, Richard Baker as Assistant Chairman, and William Studzinski as Clerk. The board approved April abatement and exemption reports including a Motor Vehicle Excise Tax Warrant of $95,607.27 and a Real Estate Exemption Report of $15,889.52.
All votes passed unanimously except the 2026 Motor Vehicle Abatement Report, which received one abstention.
