Commission approves River Road construction order with conditions

WEST NEWBURY — Conservation Commission approves River Road home construction with environmental conditions. The Commission unanimously voted to issue an order of conditions for Michael Fusco's single-family home at 125 River Road, with 10 special conditions governing erosion controls, deicing salts, and equipment use in wetland buffers. Members also approved negative determinations for tree removal at 58 Church Street and a home addition at 95 River Road, both with protective conditions.
The Commission voted unanimously to engage consultant Horsley Whitten for peer review of wetlands delineation at 187 Main Street and unanimously ratified emergency beaver removal at 879 Crane Neck Street.
