Conservation Commission approves three environmental permits

West Newbury Conservation panel approves tree-removal permits. The Commission approved a Certificate of Compliance for 126 Georgetown Road for single family home construction and a negative determination at 199 Main Street allowing tree removal with debris-removal conditions. An amended Enforcement Order at 14 Sawmill Brook was also approved, accepting the owner's restoration plan in response to prior tree-cutting violations.

Four matters including a Notice of Intent for 0 Middle Street and two additional 9 Marshall Drive certificates of compliance were continued to April 30 for further review.
