WEST NEWBURY — Conservation Commission issues transmission line order with detailed conditions. The West Newbury Conservation Commission unanimously approved New England Power Company's 394 Transmission Line project with an Order of Conditions containing 24 provisions governing erosion control, environmental monitoring, vegetation restoration, and work schedules across wetland resource areas and buffers.
