Cultural Council approves guidelines, opens logo competition

West Newbury Cultural Council approves guidelines, readies new survey and logo competition. The council unanimously approved a guidelines amendment and January minutes during its February 10 session with four of six members present. Member Mia Thurlow formatted a town-approved survey as a PDF for website upload; an older survey must be removed first.
The logo competition is open, with the high school to be contacted. Chair Yetti Frenkel will use survey feedback to shape the council's yearly report.
