WEST NEWBURY — Mill Pond Committee unanimously approves prior minutes, confirms trail-marking system. Chair Jennifer Costain and six members advanced priorities including spring installation of numbered trail markers coordinated by Zippy Corning and nearly-complete dog leashing signage awaiting DPW mounting. Family programming includes a spring birding walk, movie night with grant funding, fall fishing derby, and new dog-training for voice control led by Costain.

The committee reviewed the FY 2026-2027 draft budget and requested an additional accessible picnic table, with Costain to submit the revised request to the Town Manager's office.
