WEST NEWBURY — Planning Board discusses interim planner after town staff departure. Chair Ann E Bardeen and members determined that interim part-time professional coverage in the Planning Office is necessary and will be pursued in coordination with Select Board and Town Manager support. The Board reviewed proposed Zoning Bylaw amendments expected for the April 27 Town Meeting warrant and noted that Stormwater Regulation revisions from a working group are anticipated within the next month, with Knapp property development likely to require future Board attention.
