All such invoices must carry signatures from all three commissioners, except in rare circumstances where at least two signatures may suffice. The board appointed member John Haley as its representative on the Select Board's Newburyport Intermunicipal Agreement Negotiation Committee, with a motion by Chair Robert Janes and second by member Mark Hemingway.
In budget planning, the board discussed FY2027 forecasts with consultant Rob Phillips, noting that water end-user charges are expected at approximately $450,000 for April 2026, lower than originally projected.
