WEST NEWBURY — Conservation Commission approves resource delineation and issues two project exemptions. The Commission unanimously approved the resource area delineation for 187 Main Street (The Poppies, LLC) subject to peer reviewer revisions and a revised plan clarifying the intermittent stream near the Route 113 culvert, and issued negative determinations of applicability for tree removal at 87 River Road (Tim Thomas applicant) and garage construction at 64 South Street (Rachel Person-Candelora applicant). Three matters—the driveway NOI for 0 Middle Street, the Mill Pond dock gangway NOI for 603 Main Street, and the home reconstruction NOI for 1 Old Wharf Road—were continued to July 20.

The Commission reelected Chair Molly Hawkins, Vice Chair David Parrott, and Clerk Rick Spieler for FY27.
