Conservation Commission approves two tree and fence decisions with conditions

WEST NEWBURY — Conservation Commission issues two conditional approvals on tree removal and fence installation. Chair Molly Hawkins and Vice Chair David Parrott led unanimous votes permitting tree removal at 360 Main Street (applicant Fay Gill) with stumps retained at ground level and equipment matting required, and fence installation at 27 Rivercrest (applicant Salvatore Ternullo) with 10-foot wildlife corridors mandated along property lines. A driveway Notice of Intent for 0 Middle Street (applicant John Gorman, Gorman Homes, LLC) and a Certificate of Compliance for 154 Middle Street (applicants Joseph and Margo Cooper) were both continued to the August 17 meeting pending additional applicant participation and reporting compliance.
