WEST NEWBURY — Conservation Commission approves three Orders of Conditions and one Certificate of Compliance. Chair Molly Hawkins, Vice Chair Geoffrey Garrison, and Clerk Rick Spieler voted unanimously to issue Orders of Conditions for a gangway installation at Mill Pond dock, a raze-and-rebuild project at 1 Old Wharf Road featuring 55 herbaceous plants and quarterly monitoring, and a septic system upgrade at 505 Main Street. The Commission also unanimously granted a Certificate of Compliance for a pickleball court at 15 Bachelor Street, conditioned on installation of wetland no-disturb posts; the court features a bronze plaque set on granite from the historic Middle Street Bridge.
