$1.975 Million Middle Street Sale Leads West Newbury's September Deed Activity
West Newbury recorded 12 property transfers between Aug. 28 and Sept. 26, according to Essex County Registry of Deeds records. Only two of the 12 carried a recorded sale price so far: $1,150,000 for a Moody Lane condominium unit and $1,975,000 for a single-family home at 423 Middle St., the month's top recorded sale, sold by Gorman Homes LLC to Izabela Nowosielski. That produces a range of $1,150,000 to $1,975,000 and a median of $1,562,500 among priced sales, though pricing for the other 10 transactions had not yet posted to registry records. Eight of the 12 deeds involved transfers between family members or into a trust, a pattern worth watching but not one the data explains.
