West Newbury September Sales Range From $330,000 To Nearly $2 Million
West Newbury recorded 13 property sales between Sept. 4 and Oct. 3. Six carried a sale price so far, ranging from $330,000 to $1,975,000, with a median of $734,500; the remaining seven are expected to show pricing within about a week, a normal registry lag. The month's top sale was 423 Middle St at $1,975,000, sold by Gorman Homes LLC to Izabela Nowosielski. Main Street saw the most activity with three sales, and several transfers, including two parcels off Eagle Nest Drive and units on Pleasant Street, involved the same families or trusts. With 13 recorded transfers and a wide price spread, the data shows no single, uniform market trend this period.
