WEST NEWBURY — Affordable Housing Trust approves prior minutes and advances outreach efforts. The committee unanimously approved its February 4 meeting minutes and tentatively scheduled a fall accessory dwelling unit workshop, potentially partnering with Boxford and Newbury. Chair Wendy Reed will pursue a Habitat for Humanity partnership on a property of interest after owners declined to sell, while Member Deborah R.
Hamilton reported that the Diocese is developing the Episcopal Church property for Afghan refugee housing with an initial concept of four units containing approximately 20 bedrooms; under the Dover Amendment, the units would be restricted and would not count toward the Town's affordable housing inventory.
