Affordable Housing Trust · Meeting of January 7, 2026

WEST NEWBURY — Affordable Housing Trust refocuses on accessory dwelling units and targeted property acquisition. Chair Wendy Reed and members Kevin Bowe, Elsa Francescone, Deborah R. Hamilton, and Karen Holmes voted 5-0 to approve prior minutes and abandoned a three-year action plan in favor of annual priorities.

Francescone will draft an ADU workshop outline; Hamilton will pursue home and land purchase leads; Reed will align the Community Preservation Plan housing section with the Housing Production Plan.
