WEST NEWBURY — Affordable Housing Trust reviewed MHP Mullen Property feasibility study showing capacity for 45 units in three buildings. Chair Wendy Reed led discussion of cost-sharing arrangements, mixed-income options, and financing scenarios, including potential Trust coverage of wetland permitting costs; abutters raised concerns about wetland impacts, traffic, and open space loss. Mass Housing Partnership will issue the Request for Proposals incorporating town input, with earliest Town Meeting presentation scheduled for FY28 following a dedicated informational meeting.
