West Newbury Property Sales Span $425,000 To $1.8 Million In Late Summer
West Newbury recorded 15 property transfers between July 10 and Aug. 8. Nine sales had a price recorded, ranging from $425,000 to $1.8 million, with a median of $602,000. The month's top sale was 15 River Meadow Dr Lot 60D, which sold for $1.8 million on July 31. Middle Street saw the most activity, with four transactions including three lots sold off what appears to be a single subdivided property. Six of the 15 transfers, all with prices not yet recorded, involved family members or trusts sharing a surname. Ten of 15 sales involved condominium, lot or unit designations rather than standalone addresses.
